General terms and conditions
This document contains the general terms and conditions for the use of our personal services provided by Jakab László Tamás, sole proprietor (registered office: Kossuth Lajos utca 13 3/11, tax number: 90359224-1-43).
1. Service description
My service is a complex treatment that includes the following:
Bone forging
Massage
Cupping
Fascia knife
HVLA treatment
(Note: Physical improvement treatment is not considered curative treatment.)
2. Appointment booking
Appointments are booked via the website. Our clients can book appointments for simple treatments through this website. If an SOS appointment is needed, the client can also make an appointment by phone.
To finalize your appointment, you will need to pay a deposit of 50% of the treatment (10,000 HUF), which will be included in the price of the treatment. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that I can reserve the time reserved for you.
3. Booking Policy
Please note that the prices are for informational purposes only. Your reservation is only valid if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g. e-mail, phone). If it does not suit you and you would like to cancel the booked time, you can notify us by e-mail or phone!
If you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the treatment date, I will refund the deposit in full. In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Responsibility
I have no liability limitations, but all guests must inform me of their medical conditions, especially if they have received medical treatment or have a permanent illness. My services are not a substitute for medical treatment, and I am not responsible for any complications after treatments if the guest does not follow the treatment instructions.
5. Other provisions
The services are for personal use only.
Booking an appointment on the website results in a valid and binding contract.
Our services are intended to preserve health and improve well-being. They are not considered curative activities and therefore do not replace medical examinations, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
